Effective date: March 22, 2026. Kenddi Creator Studio is intended for authorized operators managing Shopee Video workflows through official Open Platform APIs.

This Privacy Policy explains how Kenddi Creator Studio collects, uses, stores, and protects information when operators access the workspace, connect authorized Shopee accounts, prepare video drafts, and manage publishing activity.
Information we collect
We may collect operator account details, workspace session data, Shopee authorization details, access and refresh tokens, draft metadata, linked product IDs, uploaded source files, and operational event logs needed to run the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate workspace access, support Shopee account connection, prepare and manage video drafts, maintain publish history, troubleshoot incidents, and provide operator support.
How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that support the operation of Kenddi Creator Studio, and with Shopee when actions are initiated through official Open Platform APIs on behalf of authorized users.
Third-party services
Kenddi Creator Studio relies on infrastructure and software providers for hosting, authentication support, file storage, logging, and application operations. Those providers process only the information needed to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as it is needed to operate the workspace, investigate issues, meet legal or platform obligations, and support account requests. We periodically review stored records and remove data that is no longer required.
Cross-border processing
Service infrastructure and support operations may process information in more than one country. Where this occurs, we use reasonable contractual and operational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service.
Security practices
We use access controls, session protection, encrypted transport, and audit-oriented operational logging to protect workspace data. Operators remain responsible for safeguarding their own account credentials and using the service only on authorized accounts.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your workspace account, subject to legal and platform requirements. Shopee account permissions can also be revoked through Shopee’s authorization controls.
