Terms of Service
Effective date: March 22, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of Kenddi Creator Studio.
Authorized use only
You may use Kenddi Creator Studio only for accounts, content, and publishing activity that you are authorized to manage.
Shopee policy compliance
Use of the service must comply with Shopee Open Platform requirements, Shopee Video requirements, and any related marketplace, affiliate, or platform policies.
Acceptable conduct
You may not use the service for spam, brushing, fake engagement, deceptive publishing, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates platform rules or applicable law.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of any content, metadata, product IDs, and account actions submitted through the workspace.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting your workspace credentials and for controlling who can access the service on your behalf. Notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Platform dependency
Certain service capabilities depend on Shopee systems, Shopee review status, platform availability, and the permissions granted to the app and connected account. Some actions may be unavailable until those dependencies are satisfied.
Service changes and availability
We may update features, integrations, and operational requirements as the Shopee platform or our service changes. Availability may be affected by maintenance, platform restrictions, or third-party outages.
No platform guarantee
Use of Kenddi Creator Studio does not guarantee approval by Shopee, uninterrupted platform access, or successful content publication where a third-party platform rejects, delays, or limits the requested action.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we detect misuse, policy violations, unauthorized account activity, security risk, or other behavior that could harm the service or our platform standing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the product or legal environment changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
